Comfortable room, excellent shower, offering a nice refresh after a day of exploring with good water pressure and free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The room was not clean at all, with hair and flakes found on the sheets. I even spotted a bug in the sink, which was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with hand smears on the walls and overall poor maintenance throughout the facility.

Just a well-suited match for a fleeting pause in South Sioux City with very good value for money. Found a small bed bug in my room which left me feeling uneasy and caused a bit of a hassle. Avoid staying on the far end of the hallway, as WiFi was terrible there.

The location is near the highway, making it convenient for travelers. The gym offers basic equipment for a quick workout, and the laundry facilities are accessible, which is useful for longer stays.

Finding this place can be a challenge, especially with a large truck and a trailer. Google Maps could involve some tricky navigation. The rooms felt cramped with a king bed dominating the space, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired—definitely not up to motel standards. The air conditioning unit had a weird squeak all night and was held together with tape, which isn't exactly reassuring. Breakfast options were limited, and the lack of food service was disappointing. Don't expect high-definition TV. picture quality was poor. Overall, the experience didn’t quite match what I hoped for the price.

I found the Cottonwood Inn in South Sioux City to be a cozy spot with clean rooms and super friendly staff who helped us with an early check-in. Plus, the location is just a hop away from downtown and a breeze to access from the interstate.

My only gripe? The food scene was a bit lacking. With a conference center vibe, I thought there'd be chow on-site, but alas, no dice! The morning crew wasn't as welcoming, and it left me craving a good cup of tea.

the cottonwood inn and conference center was a good value for my two-night stay. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. the location is conveniently close to downtown sioux city, and everything was very clean. i appreciated the humble but decent breakfast provided each morning.
